Horizon was founded in 1988 as a San Diego IT consulting firm working with business clients to solve their computer issues. Over the years we have grown and expanded our service offerings to small and medium businesses with focus in certain key areas such as managed services, managed print services and document management.

Pamela Rogers
President
Pamela founded Horizon Computer Resources in 1988 to fill a void in computer support in San Diego. As the complexity of the business grew, Ms. Rogers assembled a team of experts to ensure the highest level of support for our clients.
Mark Szalkiewicz
Sr. Account Manager
Involved in the IT industry since 1988, Mark has a great depth of knowledge of various technologies and providing innovative solutions to the challenges that our clients face. Mark joined Horizon in 2002 and is the Account Specialist for Managed Print Services and Document Management.
Matt Ballew
Sr. Account Manager
Matt has been helping San Diego businesses develop and implement solutions to address their IT needs since 2005. He has a broad understanding of the technologies and tools leveraged in the SMB space. He is eager to help you maximize your return on your technology investments so you can focus on your core business instead of your network. Matt is also the Account Specialist for Electronic Medical Records.
Jennifer Kuyper
Office Manager
Jennifer has a long track record of running business operations in a variety of industries, and brought her organizational and customer service skills to Horizon in 2005. She is the primary contact for customer support issues.
TJ Schoessow
Senior Engineer
With more than 10 years IT experience supporting large & small client networks, TJ brings a deep understanding of the issues and challenges facing small to medium business in today’s fast paced and constantly changing technology environment.
